Shakti Prabhav LLC ("Shakti Prabhav," "we," "us") offers practical advocacy resources, workshops, and guides. This policy covers shaktiprabhav.com. If you have any question about it, email us at shaktiprabhavllc@gmail.com.

Workshop inquiry form. When you request a workshop on our Workshops page, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your organization's name and type
• Your primary advocacy goal and preferred timeframe
• Any optional message you choose to add

Newsletter sign-up box. Our newsletter is not active yet. The sign-up box on the site does not currently save or send your email address anywhere.

Email. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in your message.

We do not ask for payment details, and the website does not have user accounts.

• To respond to your inquiry and discuss whether a workshop is a good fit
• To plan and deliver a workshop if you decide to work with us
• To protect the form from spam and abuse (see below)

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

When an inquiry is submitted, our website sends a short notification to our own Gmail inbox (shaktiprabhavllc@gmail.com) through Google's Gmail service. That email includes your name, email, organization, organization type, timeframe, and primary goal. Your optional message is not included in the email.

The complete inquiry is stored in a private database. It is not visible on the website, and visitors cannot read it. Only the people who manage this website for Shakti Prabhav can view it.

• Inquiries are saved by our website's server, not directly from your browser.
• The database tables holding inquiries are locked so that public visitors cannot read or change them.
• The site is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection.

No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to limit who can see your information.

To limit spam and repeated submissions, the form counts how often requests arrive from the same network and the same email address within an hour. To do this, we store scrambled codes made from your network address and email address. These codes are not your actual address and cannot be readily reversed. They are automatically deleted after seven days.

The form also uses a hidden field and a timing check to filter out automated submissions. Submissions identified as spam are not saved.

We plan to keep workshop inquiries that do not lead to working together for up to 12 months, unless we have a legitimate legal or business reason to keep them longer. Records for clients we work with may be kept longer, as needed for business, accounting, or legal purposes.

Deletion of inquiries is currently done by hand, not automatically. Spam-prevention codes are the only records deleted automatically, after seven days.

• Lovable: hosts this website and the private database where inquiries are stored. Like most hosts, it may keep standard technical logs and basic visit statistics.
• Google Gmail: delivers inquiry notifications to our inbox.
• Google Fonts: provides the website's fonts. Your browser loads them from Google, which receives your network address when it does.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we have not added third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics to this website.

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you've shared with us. Email shaktiprabhavllc@gmail.com from the address you used, and we'll respond as soon as we reasonably can.

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
